The National Repertory Orchestra is part of an eight week summer program in Breckenridge, Colorado. The participants are required to pay for transportation while tuition is covered. The program itself states it is a student festival, however many of the members are also professional musicians. The purpose is to assist younger musicians in securing a professional performing job.
